Fascinada por el universo de conocimientos y beneficios que se han desplegado al iniciar la práctica, el estudio y la enseñanza del Yoga, Alessa tiene más de 16 años de experiencia en la práctica y 9 años de enseñanza del yoga. Su curiosa naturaleza la ha llevado a estudiar en la India, Barcelona, Italia, Londres, Nicaragua y muchos lugares alrededor del mundo explorando diversos sistemas y guías del yoga, influyendo profundamente en la forma única en que guía sus clases.
Su profundo amor por la madre tierra es un foco central de su vida y sus enseñanzas-enseña clases conscientes, inspiradas en la naturaleza, creativas que invitan a tod@s a honrar sus necesidades únicas.
Para Alessa, el equilibrio de las prácticas de Yang & Yin son esenciales para lograr el equilibrio y reconectarse a la paz y la quietud interior.
Como nueva mamá, le encanta compartir el yoga con mamás recientes y futuras mamás, convencida de que es la mejor herramienta para navegar los múltiples aspectos que envuelven la única e intensa experiencia de convertirse en madre.
Alessa se basa principalmente en Shanti vida en Barcelona, pero se mueve alrededor de Europa y Latinoamérica compartiendo su alegría y aprecio por la vida y la comunidad a través de sus clases, círculos de mujeres, terapias y diversos talleres.
Alessa también es terapeuta certificada de masaje Ayuryoga, de masaje tailandés & de hierbas medicinales especializada en preparto & postparto.

Fascinated by the universe of knowledge and benefits that have been deployed through the practice, study and teaching of Yoga, Alessa has more than 16 years of experience in practicing & 9 years of teaching yoga. Her curious nature has led her to study in India, Barcelona, Italy, London, Nicaragua & many places around the globe exploring diverse yoga systems & guides, deeply influencing the unique way she guides her classes.
Her deep love for mama Earth is a central focus of her life & her teachings – she teaches mindful, nature – inspired, playful, creative classes that invite everyone to honor their unique needs.
For Alessa, the balance of the yang & yin yoga practices is an essential to achieve balance & reconnect to peace & stillness within.
As a new mama herself, she loves sharing yoga with mums & future mums convinced that it is the best tool to navigate the many many aspects that come along the unique & intense experience of being & becoming a mother.
Alessa is mostly based in Shanti Vida in Barcelona but moves around Europe & Latin America sharing her joy & appreciation for life & community through her classes, women’s circles, therapies & diverse workshops.
Alessa is also a certified in Ayurvedic yoga massage, Thai and herbal massage specializing in prepartum & postpartum.
