Practicar yoga en el trabajo es una buena manera de tomar una pausa y conectar con tu cuerpo y mente. Es altamente beneficioso para estirar, fortalecer, mejorar nuestra postura y compensar nuestro estilo de vida “sedentario”, estimular la circulación y renovar la mente, conectar con la respiración y encontrar un muy necesario momento de calma en medio de nuestros ocupados días. Tengo más de 8 años de experiencia enseñando yoga en el ámbito corporativo.
Ponte en contacto conmigo si deseas ofrecer clases de yoga para tus empleados o si te gustaría juntarte con un grupo de colegas y organizar yoga en tu oficina. Me gusta mucho compartir el yoga con personas que normalmente no acuden a un estudio de yoga por falta de tiempo u otras restricciones. You can practices prenatal yoga if you are 12 weeks pregnant or over. Practicing yoga during your pregnancy is an amazing way to become aware of the changes of your body, establish a special bond with your baby & prepare yourself for a gentle and loving birth. These groups sessions include gentle breath work and body awareness techniques that can be initiated around six weeks after delivery and depending on the type of birth and how the mother feels. Safe & mindful yoga asanas are practiced that incorporate pelvic floor awareness for a sustainable recovery. These sessions are also available for cesarean births according to each woman´s birth experience.

New mothers are encouraged to practice having their babies closeby knowing that it is a safe place where they can stop to feed, calm and nurture their baby if they need to. Other mothers can choose to participate without their baby if they prefer.

The practice includes safe postpartum exercises for mom & stimulating, playful interactive communicative dynamics for her and her baby to bond. It incorporates baby massage techniques, gentle stretches, movement and relaxation to promote healthy development.

practicing yoga in the workplace is a great way to take a break, re-set and reconnect to your body & mind. It is highly beneficial to stretch, fortify and improve our posture and compensate from our “sedentary” lifestyle, stimulate our circulation and re-set the mind, connecting to the breath & finding a much needed moment of calmness & peace during our busy days.

 

I have more than 8 years experience supporting employees start their day right with yoga. Contact me if you would like to offer yoga class to your employees or if you would like to get together with a group of colleagues and organize yoga in the office.
