Meditation focuses on becoming aware of the present moment just as it is, including
sensations, thoughts, feelings and emotions. Staying with what is, trains our brains to
cultivate awareness & acceptance in order to manage stress, re-balance, avoid overthinking and suffering to cultivate peace of mind in the pursuit of happiness
and wellbeing.

These sessions can be individual or for groups and can focus on personal or
professional aspects.

I have more than 7 years experience supporting employers and employees incorporate yoga & mindfulness meditation into their personal & professional lives. Contact me if you would like to offer a yoga or meditation session to your employees or if you would like to get together with a group of colleagues and organize yoga in your office.
